-in crossfit yesterday we were doing box jumps in the workout and when we were finished I was about to put my box back where it belonged and a kind gentlemen (who was new btw) offered if he could help me (the box is 35in wide, 24in tall, and 20in deep so it's pretty hard for my 4"11 body frame to move). Most of the guys there know I can move it and know I'm strong but I was having a really rough day so the gesture meant so much. :)
-I received the sweetest thank you card in the mail from one of my customers! It warmed my heart so much and she even included some beautiful stickers as well. :)
-watching How It's Made with my mom. Because sometimes just watching machines mass produce products is the most fascinating/best therapy at the end of a rough day.
-peanut m&m's. Because if you're going to cheat it might as well both taste good and have something "healthy" in it (even I have to justify myself).
-alone time. In my room reading blogposts, listening to music, working, blogging, being still. It's the very best thing when I'm going through a hard time.
This post was not meant to sound depressing. I am not ready to talk about what is wrong but I know it will get better. So for the time being I am focusing on the many happy parts of my life right now.
